How to create a PS3 Theme

Creating a PS3 theme has been out for a long time. I've just never gave it a chance until now. So far I've made a theme, designed all the icons in photoshop and set up the backgrounds. I installed it on my PS3, it's up to date and looks great. The only problem I'm having is I can't seem to change the name of the theme. It still shows up as "sample".

Btw, PS3 theme builder 3.0 won't work on a 64bit system. I did the whole thing without a theme builder. If you want to try your hand here's how to create your own PS3 Theme. The blogs tutorial is how to do it by hand except it's the old version. Icons like trophies / Tv will still be default.

Thread derail hoooo. But I think static wallpapers look better on multi display setups personally. Both my home desktops are multi display, and for my laptop I rock a static wallpaper all the time. All three set ups are fully capable of running anything you throw at them.

For my PS3's a use the default theme. I have about ten or so themes downloaded, and I made a static one once, but idk, i just like the default theme.. with its evolving shade and color scheme. *shrug*


Hmm, half tempted to start a wallpaper thread. Might do that later.
