Feedback: New forum theme

the older theme of the forum is more organized, easier to view and understand and less complex than the new forum, i'd like you to put back the original theme, the new background color is ok,Please change the theme, The words also looks smaller, harder to read.

i agree with text being too small i had to zoom in to read most post but like it better then old theme just need make this text bigger ^^

yes, the new theme isnt bad at all, but it is messing a lot of the stuff on the forum. i like simple stuff, but this made it more complex, new comers will get lost.

Hmm, I don't think newcomers will get lost. Everything seems in place as it was before. Nothing TOO drastic. And besides, for a newcomer it would still all be new. The thing with forums is that people that wish to participate on a forum have to actually take the time out to peruse around the site, click buttons, see what they're for, what they do, what certain threads are- like really really look at what a forum has to offer. Sometimes people want to wander onto a forum and just expect for stuff to be thrown onto their pages without actually having to look for it. Once you get used to navigating your way around, familiarizing yourself with how to post threads/topics, it's simple. It's all a matter if you want to be lazy and not look around.

Imo, I personally think the new look is a breath of fresh air. Sometimes change is good as long as everything is still accessible. It's clean, minimalistic with a touch of class and I can still manage to find where everything is. Everything is still there, and if you can't find something, take the time out to look around. If you still can't find it, contact your friendly forum administrator or moderator.

Oh and another thing: negative feedback is all a part of forum life. It can't always be positive. It's what keeps topics conversational and an idea as to what the community thinks about certain things, just like (for example) if it's about the forum itself. Without negative feedback, the site admin would never know what they could do to better their site.

GJ Spadez, I personally love the new look. It's nice to see something different every once in awhile.

Don't sweat it Raz. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion just as you are to your OWN. Don't be afraid to voice your opinions just because you think someone else isn't going to like it. There's always going to be someone that isn't going to agree with something. Post what you will, as long as it's appropriate. If someone doesn't like it-oh well, move on to the next topic. Just as long as you get your own point across. Such is forum life.

it is not fully compatible, i just tested it:
1. took about a minute to just get on the forum
2. about 30 seconds to open a topic
3. got some JavaScript errors while trying to open a topic

i have been to the old one but the site seems well layed out and after actually looking around and seeing wats up in the world of the en i found alot of usefull iinfo in stuff u would have to go see wat ppl thinkk of a product if ur looking to buy something. I love the reviews you guys post of new stuff that come out sicne its helpful being able to see wats cool. so um yea personaly i like the site and you guys done a great job.

Razo, I think you prematurely ejaculated this topic before I was even finished updating the site. Next time you have something you want to suggest, don't get all bent out of shape. You're entitled to your own opinion, however, unless its your time of the month, I suggest you word things differently next time. Like Meesh said, it boils down to the true forum users from the lazy people. If you're lazy, you're going to bitch & moan about everything because you're too lazy to explore the site and take a second to read what you're looking at.

People were not even able to see the post on the PS3 browser before until now. Perhaps a better ISP will kill any lag you get on EN using the ps3 browser. You said you cant read anything? I adjusted the font sizes and put the original link colors back so the red doesn't clash. Exactly what is so hard to read? Provide screen shots to support what you are saying so that I can understand you better, because the site looks just fine on my end right now.

As for everyone who appreciated the hard work I put into the way the site looks now, thanks! I appreciate it and I hope you all continue to come back and enjoy it. Feedback is welcomed, just be civil about how you word things and your suggestion is more likely to happen.

yes, i made this post when you opened the forum and closed it again in minutes. i dont need to post screenshots, what i am talking about in the feedback is fixed now, thanks, i think this needs to geteither locked or deleted, to stop getting -REP and stop the drama with me. oh, and btw, i had a nightmare tonight, i was sleeping that i got banned in here.
