Apples announcement just concluded. The shock isn't about the new phones improved camera, 1080p video capabilities, voice recognition system Siri or that its 7 times faster utilizing different towers for uploads and downloads. No, the overwhelming response is "What! No Iphone 5!!"

Do you think Apple blundered not calling this the 5?

I dont know the Iphone 3gs sold very well If the iphone 4gs does the same thing think they be happy

Their stock implies that this is an issue, at least temporarily (down 4 points). I think they'll bounce back just fine. The hype was large for this one, and the multiple carriers opening up will boost sales as well. I think we'll see a very strong showing on Oct 7 when preorders open up, and when they actually launch we'll see the multiple carriers effect come into play.
