We have received a very small number of customer support questions about PS3s overheating or shutting down while playing L.A. Noire. At this time, Rockstar Games and Sony can confirm that neither L.A. Noire or firmware update 3.61 are causing the PS3 hardware to overheat. No overheating problem with my slim. Also there many website that said xbox have same problem with this game so nice try

wow guess i want be buying this game, oh well. sounds like a manufactor problem. i havent had a problem with overheating with my fat old 80g ps3,with the new 3.61. omg anything to make us buy new systems lolz. if mine dies guess im done with ps3. when ever that happens.

the game is too big, to be played on 1 CD only, Xbox version has 3 CDs

the game still over heats on xbox as well

That's BS, all my friends has been playing LA Noire without problems same with me, I personally have the game installed, probably they have to install the game too

Lol I can said same thing about ps3 L.A. Noire. I have no problem yet and all my friend on psn that have one are playing right now

I have been playing it all week and no problems.

ok if its got 3 disk is it on pc also computers dont over heat like crapbox and breakdownps really not like either system right now both suck

over heating happens on pc too if dont have good cpu cooler

our compaq still doesnt overheat, never has its,from 1997.as for dell paper weight it never overheated. it got a worm and killed the harddrive. so i got to replace the hdd. omg tragic isnt it dang dell junkie computers. as for this game, im think i renting it, not buying it game isnt one i want to own

thats all we do on the compaq.lol, games like ff7,ff8,fallout,doom,wing commander, lol, lots of games.as for dell internet server killed it. charter communcations has poor protection when it comes to firewalls.

and it never get hot o.o even after 6 hour of play 0_0
