The PlayStation outage affects 70 million registered PlayStation 3 and PSP users who use the cloud-based network to access downloadable games, movies and other media. It also connects players for multi-player games like Call of Duty. People who are subscribe to games like DC Universe Online, who pay a service fee to use the game are screwed from getting into the game at all. PlayStation Home, MAG and many other games are no accessible during this downtime as all of those games require access to the PSN.
