This can be done in the PSN Section. Just make a topic for it in there with the appropriate title, such as "NA Redeem Codes" "JPN Redeem Codes" "EU Redeem Codes" Etc...

The only reason I havnt made these topics yet is because 1. I dont currently have any redeem codes for these topics and 2. I'm giving somebody else the chance to make it to get their post count up productively.
