While everyone fusses over the iphone 4s not being the iphone5 (or is it?), it is with great sympathy to learn that Apple's co-founder and visionary Steve Jobs has died at the age of 56. He had been battling pancreatic cancer and has reached the end of his road. He presented the world with the ipod, iphone, and imac-all devices the majority of the world uses to stay connected. Our condolences on behalf of The EN. R.I.P Steve, you done good.

R.I.P Steve Jobs.
I would like to take this time to write about what an inspirational great man he was. Steve Jobs was once homeless! Yes, the multi-billionaire was once a poor kid during his short time in college. He had no dorm room and used coke bottles to get change to buy food. He walked seven miles across town every Sunday night to get one good meal a week at the Hare Krishna temple. This can explain why he was such a humble man because he wasn't born with a silver spoon in his mouth.
Steve Jobs also saved the company "Pixar" when he purchased it in 1986 for $5 million from George Lucas. The first film produced by Pixar under Jobs was the critically acclaimed "Toy Story." After Walt Disney purchased Pixar, Steve Jobs became the largest share holder in the Disney company!
In 8th grade he was offered an internship by HP co-founder "William Hewlett" in a report from the New York Times.
He co-founded Apple Inc. back in the late 1970s with Steve Wozniak and Ronald Wayne. While Ronald Wayne left Apple very early in the game, he only received $2,600 of share investments. I bet he wish he never dropped out now. Steve Wozniak moved on from Apple Inc later on and went on to create some amazing things we still are in very high demand of today, such as the universal remote control and GPS.
While Steve Jobs remained the only founder remaining with Apple Inc., he evolved the company in ways we would have never imagined and re-innovated the future of technology. From touch screen smart phones with the iPhone, loads of apps that opened a doorway to millions of new developers, to the infamous iPad that started the tablet frenzy. We all have Steve Jobs to thank being and working with such brilliant people to better our technological lives.
The-EN.com gives our best wishes to the family of Steve Jobs, long live the Apple King!
