    Account management -> Transaction Management -> Services List -> SCEA Promotions and there you click the link to download your free games.



    Again if any of the screens gives you the error hit your "O" button to go back and click it again.

    That is not fixing the Store error at all... -_- It just tell how to get the free games from the welcome back pack if you THINK you lost them...

    hey this doesnt work vicky.you go under services,and it just tells you about the packages deals lolz. i went under purchases to get the game it screwed up downloading on my psp. it was halfway done with download and lost connects with network. so i just went to downloads and redownloaded it ok. was very easy to do.
