Is this missing from the region list ? If these are missing from the list this is why the psn store isnt up because of some of the reegion's, as soon as they add these back to the region list then the psn store will be up & running, if you go to create a new acoount look at the region list Honk kong seem's to be missing.

why maybe they getting rid of hk it is ghost town in home i sure hope not
