You bet. The error is in the word "it's"
When written as " it's " the word is a conjunction, a "smashing together" of two words. In the case of " it's " you are smashing together "it" and "is".
example: It is cold as ice in here! ........... It's cold as ice in here!
When written as "its" the word is possessive, showing ownership. "It" owns whatever you're talking about.
example: I grabbed the tiger by its tail.
In the case of your PSHome motivational picture, you'd want to write, "Will never get out of its Beta Stage"
Now, I know that 99 times out of 100 you use the apostrophe for possession, but this time the rule is strange, due to the conjunction issue of "it's".
