PS3 firmware 3.6 jailbroken?

Sony has put a lot of effort into keeping its PlayStation 3 free from hackers and jailbreak tools, but no matter how hard they have tried, hackers always find a solution to hack the latest firmware.



Although the latest firmware is relatively new, hackers have found a way to jailbreak it. As you know, in case of jailbraking, hackers and jailbreakers wouldface bans, arrests, or even the legal charges, but that doesn’t stop people from jailbraking the PS3. Hacker known as ThatBoringHacker has recently posted a video on YouTube that shows him running the homebrew software on 3.6 firmware. It seems that ThatBoringHacker has managed to hack the firmware on accident and now he can run homebrew software on his PS3. However, ThatBoringHacker hasn’t shared his knowledge or tools with the world.


PS3 firmware 3.6 is now jailbroken, but we have to ask ourselves, how does a person jailbreak a PS3 firmware on accident, and what will be
Sony’s response?

Wow omg i want it BUT im goign to only jailbreak my fat ps3 since i miss playing in challenge lobbies. No im not goign too go online with it at all but it would be fun to play the lobbies now and then even if its off line. zombies playing cod goofing off besides if i want to use 2 ps3s online then ill just buy another one the ps3 isnt that expensive now so why not. but thats my opinion on it.

i have two ps3 ^^ one slim and my old 60 gb ps3 fatty go fatty which is jailbroke

i have 2 and i upgraded my hardrives in both my fat was a 80 gb then upgraded it to a 250gb and my slim was a 120 one of the first ones out. then i upgraded that to a 1tb.
