There's still a few bugs & kinks that they have to Iron out. Been having more JavaScript / Flash issues. Crashes once so often. I'd say that Chrome is a little quicker in terms for loading. I just appreciate the individual processes that it dedicates to each tab you open. So if one crashes, the whole browser doesn't. It won't close the browser either if something does. Simple just hitting refresh would fix any issue for Chrome.
I remember when I first started using Chrome. It use to take certain websites ages to load. Would get presented with a constant alert message saying something like, "This page is taking awhile to load. Press here to kill it, or wait." It also use to be incompatible with quite a few sites that I frequented. Buttons and certain flash based objects didn't respond they way it was intended.
The browser offers add-ons and themes for the main GUI interface but that's about it. Not too impressive when it comes to themes. They are however, starting to get quite a few add-ons for Chrome. I have a few that I use personally. Add-ons like Firebug, AdBlock+, and a Weather module. I used them quite often when I was using Firefox. I thought that it was cool that some of them came to Chrome. Chrome has improved quite much since it was launched.
Oh, and I will make an introduction thread a tad later. I'm not one for formerly introducing myself. I just pop in.

I have IE for the times it's "required" for things, but it's so god-awfully slow and I HATE it!!
I have Firefox, which I used when it first came on the scene and a lot of sites wouldn't accept it for certain things and I kept having to go back to IE; so I deleted my original download of Firefox a few years ago. Then IE got so SLOW and was hearing that Firefox was accepted pretty much everywhere now and I had loved it, so I re-loaded just recently...BUT now it's slow!
Sooo...in the midst of all this I downloaded Google Chrome when it came out, and it's been amazing!! It is sooooo much faster than IE or Firefox! (At least for my badly updated and screwed up computer...lol)

I agree with aseitz. IE is pretty slow and FF can be slow too depending on how many or what type of add-ons you have connected. Google chrome is the fastest by far but it looks really plain. but this is also good because you can see more of the webpages. In my opinion, firefox is the best due to its add-on content. google comes in second for its speed and clean look and IE comes in last place for its lack of everything.

I agree with Mr. Wars. I'm really lovin' FireFox and the add-ons. I WAS using FF long ago, switched over to IE and for some reason just never thought to switch back lol. Good thing I did. I'm enjoying all the stuff I can add on to it. I love my little speed dial for easy multiple site access..the little weather bar..my screen shot thingy...the downloader stuff. Good stuff, good stuff. Let's hope my comp doesn't crash though... >_> :cough:

I like firefox and chrome better. Chrome is much more cleaner and firefox has all of the add-ons that are beneficial

I've been using Firefox for as long as I can remember, haven't touched Internet Exploder since 2007. FF has all the add-ons I could need to make surfing easy and painless. I've been trying out Google Chrome for the past few days now, it's pretty quick and the view window is HUGE, which I like. Makes me miss the 1280x1024 resolution of my gaming rig.

I use Google Chrome do to the fact that it never crashes on me, it's supoer fast and opens faster than I can click the icon to actually open it!
If I do anything else that doesn't require Chrome then I go to Firefox.
