Bethesda Softworks, developers of all things Elder Scrolls, has just
announced the fifth game in the Elder Scrolls series and the sequel to
The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion called The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.
Bethesda’s Todd Howard introduced the game with a brief teaser
showing a stone dragon and a dramatic narration that sets up the story
of the next big role-playing game in the Elder Scrolls series.

    Release Date: November 11, 2011

Skyrim is going to be so fucking epic. You can cast spells with BOTH hands! I can't wait to venture into Skyrim. They finally added dragons to The Elder Scrolls! "FUS RO DAH!"

Skyrim is not for causal gamer that want to beat a game in 3 days sorry it 395 days of game play for a reason if you want a game that holds your hand go buy another game

It's called exploration Raz. That's why there is a huge expansive open world for you to run around in. It's fun finding out new areas with new loot. Did you play Oblivion or Fallout?

Well for one, buy a horse... It helps out.. I don't own the game myself but spent a few hours watching game play. Game seems fair. Few problems with a few freezing issues and frame rates dropping but I'm sure they'll send out a few patches for that. The guide book from what I'm told is nearly 700 pages long.

There's already a way to be a thief and get away with it.. I'm not going to spoil the goods on that but if your interested just look it up on youtube. I had to laugh at it, once I seen how it was done. The world is a big world.. and yeah it will take you a while to go place to place. But the game is what you make it... you can choose to stick to one particular quest and follow that everywhere it leads, or you can do multiple and in the course of running around end up doing more in a shorter time.

The quests will generate forever, so as long as you choose to play the game, you'll never be completely done with it. The dragons look good as far as there mechanics go. I haven't seen enough to really give my full opinion on it...

No, this is my first game from Bethesda. BTW, I'm starting to like it more now. Realised that I can fast travel after I discover a place.

Yes, I noticed those problems too. Hopefully they fix them soon. By stealing do you mean by putting something on their heads? I stole once when I started to play the game, didn't use any method, just took something I liked. But I don't see myself stealing again. I don't want to get a town mad at me or going to jail.

Raz, you should really play Fallout 3 GOTY, it's a great game. You just figured out how to fast travel? lol. If you really want to steal things make a thief character just for stealing. Then when you get thrown in the slammer you can lockpick your way out and escape! Make your thief a wood elf and a bow since they are good with dex.

Nah, I just want to make my character better.
    I don't think I'll like fallout 3, honestly.

Skyrim tossed out those tired attributes of Strength, Dex, Con, etc.
I think its a better game because of it. You can focus on 2 handed combat and lockpicking or archery and heavy armor. Its entirely up to you.

Well Raz, you basically hit the nail on the head with your question. I didn't really want to give it away but it's already out there.. lol Yeah place a bucket or something, if you obstruct there view it's free game. If it's not seen then there is no proof you did it..
