Well for one, buy a horse... It helps out.. I don't own the game myself but spent a few hours watching game play. Game seems fair. Few problems with a few freezing issues and frame rates dropping but I'm sure they'll send out a few patches for that. The guide book from what I'm told is nearly 700 pages long.
There's already a way to be a thief and get away with it.. I'm not going to spoil the goods on that but if your interested just look it up on youtube. I had to laugh at it, once I seen how it was done. The world is a big world.. and yeah it will take you a while to go place to place. But the game is what you make it... you can choose to stick to one particular quest and follow that everywhere it leads, or you can do multiple and in the course of running around end up doing more in a shorter time.
The quests will generate forever, so as long as you choose to play the game, you'll never be completely done with it. The dragons look good as far as there mechanics go. I haven't seen enough to really give my full opinion on it...
