1. Clubhouse skins. You can purchase skins to change the look of your clubhouse.
2. IP Brands. Clubhouses linked to a certain IP. Like a KZ3 Clubhouse
3. Dynamic Transformation. Clubhouses can grow as membership grows
4. Games within Clubhouses. Developers can build clubhouses with built in games.
These are some of the things mentioned by James Cox, Head of Development Playstation Home Platform Group. You can see his full presentation here....http://www.gdcvault.com/play/1013806/PS-Home-Dev-Day-1
Some of you have probably already seen the video, but I just wanted to bring attention to the part about the clubhouses and what that could mean for the future. It seems to me that Sony has left it in the hands of third party developers to create new clubhouses like they do new apartments. Sony has created the tools and it's up to the developers like Outso, nDreams and others to make use of them and offer new clubhouses for sale.
I wonder if this means that they have dropped the plan for a monthly fee for having a clubhouse. Can't wait to see what kind of clubhouses they the developers come up with. The video also touches on a lot of interesting things like how they have been working on memory resources and freeing up more memory for developers to work with. Perhaps that could lead to an increased item limit.
