Firstly we apologize for the delay in update #3, the information was updating on us each time we wrote one of these updates.
The news we’ve been waiting for !
The team has given us our tracking number and greatly apologized for the delays. They had thought everything was good to ship last week when the announced shipping, but since then they discovered some issues with shipping. They have repackaged everything so that there is no more shipping issues. Some of you may have already heard this news, and were worried by that, well nothing to worry about now J
Now some of you have claimed that other places have shipped the original PSJailbreak out already and your friends etc have received them, well we can tell you 100% that those are not the real PSJailbreak, we have confirmed this with the team. PSjailbreak team has told us they will release a way to detect this as well as there is new software that will not work with the clones. Yes you have to wait a bit longer but we are sending you the real product you paid for not a cheap non updatable fake product, and hopefully this shows that you can trust our company.
Now there is another PS3 solution we’ve been offering to some that want something quicker called the PS3Key. The price of the PS3Key is $49USD and we can change your order to it if you wanted. The PS3Key is better than a clone solution, as they will be making their own software PS3Key Backup Manager, and supporting it as well. However the PSjailbreak original is still a superior product at this time and they have new features that will be unleashed soon. They are the original creators of the PS3 mod and have left a lot of information which we will see from them soon.
If you want to cancel, or already emailed to cancel please send an email to al@canadamods.ca and I will process them as soon as I can and/or verify the cancellation was complete (or if not put it through to complete), we have different staff able to handle your other emails/questions etc.
If you wish to change to a PS3Key, please email us at sales@canadamods.ca and we will make the adjustments. Some of you have already emailed about changing the order, your order will be changed and the difference refunded, so no need to email again, unless you decided you want to stick with the PSjailbreak after this new news.
Also some may have noticed the PSjailbreak site is down, this is due to the webserver, they are changing this and will be back up. They have confirmed this with us after we expressed concern.
Lastly and most importantly, We want you our customers to know whats going on, and we are trying to keep everyone update. We also want you to know that you do not need to worry that you will not receive anything, we will make sure everyone is taken care of properly, just give us a bit of time to respond as we are dealing with a much higher volume than ever before. As you can imagine, this has been something thats been 4 years in the waiting. Everyone that requested to cancel and for a refund will be refunded, again just be a bit patient and we will process it for you.
