by I am going to be hosting a custom smiley event here on Electronic Network every week. On Mondays the event will start and it will end on Sunday.
The purpose of this event is to post your favorite smiley and and people will vote for each posters smiley. The user with the most votes will have the smiley they choose as there own personal smiley.
So for example if i won the event and this was my smiley
the command to post this smiley would be :SPADEZ: so it would be my own smiley and everyone on the site who wants to use it will type my name in that format. Making it my own personal smiley on the site 
You can vote by clicking the "+" button located on the side of the post. Now post your smileys here and have fun and we will see who won there own personal smiley next week!
