It was created by Proxicide. A guy who created the MK vs SF videos. He used software such as MUGEN to put these characters into the game and roleplay it into the story you see in the video. The guy is really talented for making them. I havnt tried making something like this myself yet so I cant really get into how he did it exactly.

OMG this was sooo epic!! I absolutely love this video, props to the guy who made this, definately talented. I like the flash version of this video over the youtube ones, much better quality with flash.
