LOST was pretty good. Oh noes, there's a smoke monster chasing me! The tentacles?! o_0. Let's talk about LOST now! Spoilers ahead.

    Spoiler:
So from the very beginning I thought they all died. At the very end it confirmed it, they were dead. The plane crash picture had no huts or shelters. They were dead right when the plane hit. That means they were in purgatory this whole time. The island was trying to find out what kind of people they really are by throwing these different situations at them. That gave them their true path for the afterlife.

Okay, here is the confusing parts. Some people made it off the island. These people weren't at the end. Also other people never got on that plane. So here's my theory, they weren't real. The island's illusion for the original crash victims. Except that black kid, idk wtf is up with him, he escapes and never shows up at the end. Also the baby that what's her face gave away. Maybe they got a free pass at heaven.

I've never seen a single episode of Lost, and have every intention of keeping it that way.

Yeah, Heroes was good too. The first couple seasons were great before they fucked up everybodies powers. Sylar was a serial killer supervillian, he'd cut your brain out with a psychic knife aka his finger and steal your powers, he was godlike. Peter was awesome too with his power mimicry, he was on par with Sylar. Then he got hardcore nerfed in the later seasons to what his power should of been before they boosted it to godlike status. After that he was just like rogue from the x-men minus the flying. Hero Nakamura could bend time and space. The cheerleader girl could heal fast, she was like a weak wolverine. The writing was thought provoking, and it had great direction. That's what really made that show. Every other tv show series doesn't even compare to Heroes.

I haven't watched a non-premium cable tv show in years. HBO, Showtime, Starz shit? Yes please. In fact if my cable bill could just be HBO, Starz, Showtime and ESPN, I'd be happy. I'd have to get Food Network for the woman, but that's fine.

Lost and Heroes were the only good cable tv shows. You should watch them on netflix or something.

I came ultra close to just vegitating and watching all of Lost over a long weekend, then I didn't. and since then it's almost a badge of "how in the hell were you alive during this generation and not at least see ONE episode of these two!?!?".. and I wear it with pride.

They actually look entertaining, but I avoid them for silly reasons.

She's more the "Game of Thrones / Gladiator: Blood and Sand" type. But I'll let her know you recommend it.

Andy Whitfield the actor in Spartacus: Blood and Sand died from cancer on Sept. 11th. That's really tragic since I saw him in a Freddie Wong video literally days before reading of his unfortunate demise.

If only we could give him that quarter...

Yeah he was a beast.. so much so that they slowed production of that show to wait for him to possibly recover. Sad that he did not. Happy that he got to bless TV with his badassery though. They made a video of the training that they went through for that show. fucking beasts. all of them.

You should. Straight up. It's 13 hours of drunk sex and ass kicking, Roman style. If I recall, the first episode or two are a bit cheesy, but it settles in quickly after that and gets really really good, and very content driven.

Watch 13 Assassins, it's so fucking epic. It's a recent samurai movie made in 2010. No CG bullshit either, it's awesome. 13 vs 200. It's based off a real incident in the edo period.
